AI Assisted Trail Map Generation based on Public GPS Data

This paper presents a novel approach to generating trail maps using artificial intelligence and public GPS data. The system processes noisy GPS traces to automatically detect and construct trail networks, providing an efficient solution for mapping recreational areas.
